Effe Adjei
A qualified registered general nurse with over 16 years as a healthcare practitioner has extensive experience working in theatre, community setting and palliative care. Her experience further extends to caring for the elderly, those with learning disabilities and worked as a social care lead in children with autism. Her expertise and experience is also evident in the management of dialysis patients and those that require complex care. Effe volunteered with Saint Vincent where she headed the organisation of ethnic minority children’s early development and Integration into the Irish community.
Timothy Adams
A medical practitioner with over 18 years of both clinical and community practice. Timothy is experienced in disease prevention, medical rehabilitation and care of the elderly. His extensive experience in frontline health care has proved invaluable in his medical practice and enhanced his employability in all tiers of health care.
Nneka Odogwu
A medical professional, with over 15 years in the health care industry both abroad and in the UK has been vastly invested in service provision and delivery. She has experience of working with vulnerable adults and 16 -18 year olds. In addition, her qualification in public health provided her with the necessary skills required to implement her knowledge in policy implementation and community practice. Nneka is passionate about her charity work with the homeless, which she is actively involved in.

CLIENT SERVICES
On occasion, we will recruit and train staff specifically for activities as directed by our clients to ensure the safety and security of our client’s service users.
TRAINING
We provide training and support in specialist and complex areas through collaboration with our training partner and are particularly on the needs of the clients.
PALLIATIVE CARE
Caring and supporting people with a life-limiting illness can place a huge amount of strain on their families, we provide specialist nursing and care staff to support the patient and their families at these difficult times. Our services ensure a holistic quality care for the family when they choose to be nursed at home surrounded by their family.
PERSONAL CARE
This is aimed at providing support for clients in their homes to allow them live as independently as possible. Our service is designed to support their physical and emotional needs that arises in their daily living.
SURGICAL AFTERCARE
This entails services such as suture and clip removal and wound dressings at the patient’s home.
COMMUNITY NURSING
Our nurses are trained to provide gold standard support to patients’ with cases such as insulin management, management of chronic diseases, general observations and liaising with other health professionals such as GP, MDT, escalating cases where necessary and complete referrals where appropriate.
THEATRE STAFFING
Supply of theatre nurses and ODP to cover Anaesthetist, Scrub and recovery
HOSPITAL DISCHARGES
We provide intermediate or after care for those who have been discharged from hospital following either a fall or a short illness. We provide a range of services such as medication administration, relearning daily activities like cooking, washing, cleaning and other for varying length of time dependent on how long the client requires to become independent.
COMPLEX CARE
We are equipped to provide specialist staff to support those with chronic or long term health conditions. This support which entails providing additional assistance in managing their symptoms and daily activities may be carried out in their homes.
DOMICILIARY CARE PLAN
Objective
To deliver comprehensive and person-centered domiciliary care services in the UK that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence.
- Care Assessment and Person-Centered Planning, whereby through comprehensive assessment which encompasses the medical history, familial and cultural input and personal preference, a customised care plan is developed by our health professionals
- Brepo’s staff are highly skilled healthcare professionals with the requisite qualifications and experience to provide optimum care to service uses. Our tradition of continuous professional development ensures our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary in healthcare delivery. In addition, we ensure that induction training is conducted for our new staff members.
Provision of Personal Care and Support to our clients in their personal hygiene routine, mobility, medication management, meal planning and preparation and engaging in activities they enjoy
- We foster emotional and social well-being, encourage social interactions through participation in community activities, provide companionship and collaborate with the stakeholders involved in the delivery of care
- We are skilled in health monitoring and management, coordinating appointments, supporting clients in their road to recovery and collaborating with other healthcare professionals in management of certain conditions such as chronic conditions, rehabilitation and preventive care
- Conduct regular Risk Assessment and employ safety measures during service delivery
- Continuous evaluation, prompt feedback and quality assurance are tenets we adhere to during service provision.
